GRASSROOT FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT IN NIGERIA
The Ozoya Football Foundation (OFF) is a grassroots football development organization based in Nigeria, dedicated to nurturing young football talent and fostering community development through the sport. Established in 2013 by Monday Ozoya, a seasoned sports development professional and Chairman of Manchester Bulls Football Club, OFF aims to bridge the gap between grassroots sports and elite football by providing structured pathways for youth development.
We’ve worked on improving the lives of over 25,000 young people through direct practice. Young people from different backgrounds have a huge impact on us and all our activities. They highlight those parts of society that are broken, so we can help them in all possible ways to regain hope and flourish in life.
The Ozoya Football Foundation operates in underserved communities across Edo, Ogun and Lagos State, providing structured football leagues, educational support, coach deveoplment and safe pathways to help ypung people avoid crime, cultism and drug abuse.
